Nourishing Sesame Oil

Sesame (Sesamum Indicum) is one of the oldest cultivated plants originated in India, dating back to 3000 B.C. The oil extracted from pressed sesame seeds is rich in zinc, antioxidants such as vitamin E and an abundance of unsaturated fatty acids among which two (linoleic and oleic) carry antibacterial qualities. Rich in nutrients, sesame oil benefits and maintains your skin health in various ways;
It soothes eczema, calms irritated skin and treats skin infections, including acne.
It encourages hair growth, treats dry scalp and dandruff. It prevents premature graying as well.

HOW TO USE IT
Face: Rub a few drops between your palms and apply onto your face after water-based treatments ideally.
Body: Apply to your skin after shower, and leave it on for 10 minutes. Thoroughly rub it in after the 10 minutes for a soft and smooth skin.
Hair: Massage the oil into your scalp and hair and let it sit for 10 minutes for strong and shiny hair. Wash thoroughly with your regular shampoo.
Massage oil: Rub it all over the skin and leave it for 15 minutes before taking a hot shower or bath. Warm water helps the body absorb the oil better.
